Can not change Player Logo & Logo Link

I need to change the Player Logo & Logo Link, but it's not letting me. I upgraded to the Elite to enable me to customise the video, but that is not working.

Can you let me know what the problem us

  The issue has been resolved. You can upload your brand logo and link on your video now.

  How could that be solved 6 months ago. The product didn't sell until October. Plus the problem is not fixed. What I bought has not worked at all.
